The goal for this presentation was to describe different frameworks through which to view Tableau team design, most notably Team Topologies. Developed by Matthew Skelton and Manuel Pais, the organizing principles enable "fast flow" for technical teams of any kind.

The talk covered three sections: Tableau Centers of Excellence and governance models, alternative frameworks for thinking about analytics team structure, and how Team Topologies applies specifically to Tableau organizations.
