This book offers a glimpse into some of my contributions to data analytics for the nation's largest senior housing provider during the COVID-19 pandemic. As part of the FP&A team, I was involved in building the analytical infrastructure that helped leadership make real-time decisions during an extraordinarily difficult period.
I spoke about this work on several occasions afterward — at Nashville's Analytics Summit, for the local Microsoft user group, and more. It was a consequential moment for data and analytics in senior living, and one that accelerated the industry's appreciation for what good data infrastructure makes possible.
